What If?

What if you had the possibility to overcome aspects of your wellbeing holding you back from a thriving life? What if I could teach you how to positively change your narrative?

What Brings Me Here?

This series of blog posts combines the launch of this website and my study of Positive Psychology; the posts integrating my personal experience and acquired understanding of positive wellbeing concepts. I wholeheartedly believe and stand by the principles I introduce, as they have helped me personally through my journey towards a path of flourishing.

Within each post I introduce strategies that I have applied in my life journey as a photographer, wildlife enthusiast, primary school teacher, and chronic pain sufferer. They are adaptable across a range of settings beyond the confines of where I've recommended implementation, with the purpose to encourage all readers to build a toolkit of resources and ideas that can be applied regardless of current life experiences.

As you read my posts, I hope that your wellbeing will also be a positive story to tell, and I encourage you to share that story with me by emailing hello@changethenarrative.com.au.

May we all thrive together in this journey we call life!
