About Us
“Change the Narrative” was born from a deep belief that real change is possible.
My personal journey has been shaped by significant emotional and physical challenges, particularly since 2014 — and even earlier, from 2006, when chronic pain suddenly became part of my everyday life. Through those experiences, I’ve come to believe there is a powerful connection between emotional stress, physical health, mindset, and healing.
This space is more than a website — it’s a reflection of transformation, resilience, faith, and hope.
As a former teacher now studying Positive Psychology, I’m passionate about understanding not only how change happens, but why it happens. I want to combine lived experience with evidence-based understanding so that I’m not only “walking the walk,” but also able to support and encourage others with insight and purpose.
You’ll find that this journey is shaped by both Positive Psychology and my spiritual faith. Sharing my testimony, personal growth, and perspective is an important part of what “Change the Narrative” stands for. My hope is that, over time, parts of my story may help others believe that positive change in life is truly attainable.
While this website is still growing, it will gradually become home to a range of physical and digital products, creative projects, reflections, and resources designed to inspire intentional living, resilience, and personal growth.
More than anything, I want this to be a space of connection.
If you have an idea, want to collaborate, would like to chat, or simply want to know more about what I share here, I’d genuinely love to hear from you.
I believe change is possible — for you, for the people around you, and for every life that feels stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain. My purpose is to spend the rest of my days encouraging others to believe that a different future is possible.
Thank you for being here and for sharing this journey with me.
I’d love for you to subscribe to stay updated on new products, services, blog posts, and stories as this community grows. While I carry many difficult experiences from my past, my purpose is not to remain focused on the sadness, but to transform those experiences into something meaningful, hopeful, and life-giving.
Thank you again for your support.
With gratitude,
Kat
